How is my drainer made ?
Oak and hardwood
These are assembled and jointed using moisture glue. The board is screwed and to finish covered with wooden dowels.
tapered grooves create a gentle water run, and there is a drip groove to the front underside. Additionally the board is fitted with four worktop protectors for extra care.
Pine and softwood
These are constructed the same, nailed excluding the screws and dowels.
How is my drainer Finished ?
Oak.
Drainers are finished in Osmo wax oil.
Pine.
Drainers are finished in medium oak with a semi Matt professional lacquer. This provides a very durable waterproof finish
How do I care for my drainer?
Lacquer finish
If your item is finished in our professional-grade lacquer, then you should occasionally, apply teak oil or linseed oil, using a dry cloth.
Oil finish
If your item is finished with up to five coats of oil, you should occasionally refresh with teak oil using a dry cloth
When will I receive my drainer?
Drainers are despatched in 5 days. You will receive a tracking number by email, on despatch.
How can I contact your couriers?
On despatch, we will send you a tracking number with details.

We ship worldwide.

Return policy
Our products are made to very high standards. If you should encounter a problem within 30 days, we will either repair or replace at our discretion. However this depends on correct use and treatment of the board.
We do not offer returns on none-faulty goods, where they have been made to order at your request or to specific dimensions or style.
Other non-faulty goods can be returned for a refund, within 14 days of receiving them. However, we ask you to return them to us in the original 'as-new' condition, (including packaging). You should also cover postage costs, and must confirm a return email before sending.
Any damaged returns, that are repairable, will be charged at cost.
Any refunds will be completed using the original payment method.
